“ Certainly things improved once we were able to integrate into systems like Veeva using dropdowns and more of a systematic way to enter insights. Since then, certainly Kwello has really accelerated, optimizing our process, taking it from, the simple entry and using more of a survey based format, which is really helpful to quantify responses. that's been a really important aspect of providing that additional context on what we're hearing and the perceptions."

“ I will say the upfront time savings of the data that we're looking at, probably I would say it's I wouldn't say it's cut in half, but maybe, we've seen an improvement of about like 30% time savings. On the synthesis of these reports. It's also allowed us to give very timely reporting, say after a Congress, which may have taken, a week or two to synthesize a report and we're able to get at least a top line summary and key takeaways within days after a meeting, by being able to use Kwello.”
